These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pest Desk's website and mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by Pest Desk, a product of Luas Goods (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Pest Desk is a field service management platform that helps pest control businesses manage scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, customer records, invoicing, and team communication.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at luasgoods@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
New company accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the Service. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends and you have started a paid subscription via checkout, billing will begin as described in Section 4. We may modify or end the free trial offer at any time.

You retain ownership of the customer, job, and business data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Google Maps Platform (geocoding and routing), Google Firebase (storage and push notifications), Twilio (SMS), and Resend (email). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where you interact with them directly (for example, entering payment details on Stripe's checkout page).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pest Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
